How do you know, Christmas gifts to the hungry and homeless people are your?
and not too greedy managers who listen to, so negative, I would like donate to the Salvation Army or other charity Feed the Homeless at Christmas, but unless I can go and personally give them the money or food, as I can really know if its going ive for a good cause, some horror stories is that managers in some flashy cars (maybe not the Salvation Army drive) but it was documented that only 15% comes from a donation to the actual needs especially people there. it is a con, as you can see really know where its going. in proof.
For Thanksgiving, I have a family that lives in the area. I know the father lost his job, the mother has health problems and they have children of different ages. I have a big box with Turkey and all the fixings and threw a bunch of things for them at least have a nice dinner. Not knowing how to give it, I just knocked on her door Monday before Thanksgiving and told them I had all this extra food that I needed and wanted, they have it. They were so grateful and happy. For Christmas, I'll do the same. I know it will be useful, needed goods is about a family, I know really needs help. I have learned that this is the true spirit of Christmas. My husband and I no longer give each other gifts. We have what we need and want the people in need, at least one relaxing holiday. So, if you personally know a family in the near ……. in need and this could be as close as neighbor these days, help them. So you know where to go and those who really need it. I see their children could use new winter coats. So I got her size and buy that for them, along with a few things that I know the whole family to enjoy. I never felt more my money well spent.
